Happy Birthday to Me!

This is what I tweeted on April 20th, 2012:

Birthday! 

I was so excited to peel the paper bags. My husband knew just what I wanted--to enjoy a variety of fancy whiskey drinks in a Tom and Jerry jelly jar from the comfort of my own home. No small-talk necessary and none of the awkward oddities with waitstaff for which I am known.  Within two weeks, I was with child.

The moral of this story: Go easy on those whiskey dranks, friends.
