The previous post came about because Jess Stoner over at American Short Fiction asked me to write a thing that, perhaps, compared the Saints season to a collection for their NFL Preview. I wasn't sure how I wanted to approach it, so I approached it twice. I sent Jess a little Saints fan fiction (bc who doesn't want to read about Drew Brees as a misunderstood cyborg) and yonder lies the second venture.
